LOUISVILLE, Ky.-Monday, Utah football junior safety Jackson Bennee was named to the Paul Hornung Watch List. This award is annually bestowed upon the most versatile player in college football.
Bennee is the only representative of a Utah school on this list.
Last season, the former Olympus High School star out of Holladay, Utah, netted 64 tackles, four tackles for a loss and four interceptions.
Bennee also blocked a punt and a field goal last season for the Utes.
Bennee and his Utah teammates start the season August 27 by hosting Idaho at Rice-Eccles Stadium.
