Cause Of Snow Dragon Restaurant Fire Determined

The cause of the fire that destroyed the Snow Dragon Restaurant in Ephraim has been determined. An investigation determined the fire started due to some kind of mechanical failure of the water heater in the building. The fire started around 1:30 a.m. on Aug. 10, no one was in the building at the time and no injuries were reported. The building is a total loss.
