Preliminary Hearing Begins In Charlie Kirk Murder Case

(Provo, UT) — The preliminary hearing has begun for the man accused of killing conservative commentator Charlie Kirk. Prosecutors began presenting witness testimony Monday in the case against 23-year-old Tyler Robinson, who faces aggravated murder and several other charges in connection with the fatal shooting at Utah Valley University. The court heard testimony from a UVU police officer who responded to the scene and a Utah State Bureau of Investigation agent who collected evidence after the shooting. The preliminary hearing is scheduled to last five days.
