(Provo, UT) — Defense attorneys for Tyler Robinson are questioning the reliability of DNA evidence collected after the murder of Charlie Kirk. During day three of the preliminary hearing, they attempted to suggest the defendant’s DNA could not be linked to the shooting. Prosecutors said the defense should save that argument for a trial. This week’s preliminary hearing is only to determine if there is enough evidence to go to trial. Robinson is charged with murder, but he has not yet entered a plea or indicated if he pulled the trigger.
