CentraCom has announced the acquisition of Gunnison Telephone Company. In a press release from CentraCom they emphasized their “commitment to delivering high-quality telecommunication services while expanding its footprint to support the rural communities of southern Sanpete County and beyond.” Gunnison Telephone Company has served Gunnison and surrounding communities for more than a century. The transaction is still subject to customary regulatory approvals.
