EPHRAIM, Utah-Snow College sophomore Mia Fernandes has been named the Scenic West Athletic Conference Player of the Week after helping lead the Lady Badgers to a 3-1 record on the week. Fernandez racked up 10 hits on 14 at-bats to record a .714 average. She was scored six runs and was credited with three RBI.

Snow College is scheduled to play at Southern Idaho on Friday and Saturday, March 13-14. Both teams currently lead the league with a 7-1 record.
