WICHITA, Kan.-Oghenetega Agberhiere scored the sole goal of the game and the Western Texas Westerners downed Snow 1-0 in NJCAA Tournament men’s soccer pool play at Wichita, Kan. Saturday.

George Romero posted the shutout for Western Texas.

Snow next plays the No. 5 Harcum Bears Sunday.

Women’s Soccer

EVANS, Ga.-Evelyn Brimhall earned the shutout in regulation and the Snow Badgers outlasted Iowa Western 8-7 on penalty kicks to get the victory in pool play Saturday at the NJCAA Women’s Soccer Tournament.

Alaina Pestana, Mallory Ringer, Tia Hansen, Sydney Cragun, Abigail Transtrum, Gracie Knutzen, Nicole Nelson and Amanda Bryan all found the net on penalty kicks for the Badgers.
