Roommate’s Video To Be Played In Charlie Kirk Hearing

(Provo, UT) — A recorded police interview with the roommate of the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk is expected to be played in court today. Prosecutors say the video of Lance Twiggs, who was also Tyler Robinson’s romantic partner, is a key part of their case because Robinson allegedly confessed the killing to him. Defense attorneys argued the interview could prejudice Robinson’s right to a fair trial, but the judge ruled it can be shown with some portions redacted. The judge is expected to decide after the hearing whether there is enough evidence for the case to move forward to trial.
