The historic Manti Tabernacle was vandalized some time between the night of January 23 and the morning of January 24. The letters “FTS” were spray painted several places on the west and south sides of the building. According to Facilities Manager Matt Christensen, the Sanpete County Sheriff’s Office has concluded an initial investigation and clean-up will begin Friday afternoon. Anyone with information on the vandalism is asked to contact the Sanpete Sheriff’s Office at 435-835-2345.
