(Salt Lake City, UT) — Senator Mike Lee is comfortably leading his Republican opponents with three months to go before the statewide GOP primary. A new Deseret News-Hinckley Institute of Politics poll shows the two-term senator is favored by 67-percent of Republicans who plan to vote in the June primary. Former state lawmaker Becky Edwards received support from 19-percent of those asked, while Evan Barlow was next with six-percent.
