The First Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has announced the open house and dedication dates for the Ephraim Utah Temple. In an announcement on Apr. 20 it was shared, a media day will be held Aug. 31, followed by private tours for invited guests on Sept. 1. The public is invited to tour the temple Sept. 2 through Sept. 19 excluding Sundays. According to a press release from the church, “Elder Ronald A. Rasband of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles will preside at the dedication on Sunday, Oct. 11, at 10:00 a.m.” The dedicatory session will be broadcast to all units in the Ephraim Utah Temple District. It was also announced in the same press release that the groundbreaking ceremony for the Springfield Missouri Temple will be held on June 6.
