ORDERVILLE, Utah-Antonio Moreno drove in a pair of runs and Rafe Brinkerhoff earned the win on the mound as the Bryce Valley Mustangs waxed Valley 6-1 in 1A South baseball action Wednesday. Cooper Chamberlain drove in a run in defeat for the Buffaloes.
BICKNELL, Utah-Oakley Sylvester’s 7 RBI led the way and the Piute Thunderbirds pounded Wayne 21-7 Wednesday in 1A South baseball play. Dax Morrill earned the win on the mound for Piute. Reed Edwards and Jake Batty each homered in defeat for the Badgers.
HURRICANE, Utah-Justis Savage went 3-3 at the plate and drove in five runs as the Panguitch Bobcats decimated Diamond Ranch 25-3 in 1A South baseball play Wednesday. Cole Harland earned the win on the mound with three strikeouts in two innings of work.

Region 20
JUNCTION, Utah-The Piute Thunderbirds shellacked Diamond Ranch 3-0 Wednesday in Region 20 volleyball play. The T-Birds prevailed over the Diamondbacks 25-4, 25-5, 25-8.
ORDERVILLE, Utah-The Valley Buffaloes pounded Wayne 3-0 in Region 20 volleyball play Wednesday. The Buffaloes routed the Badgers 25-22, 25-12, 25-16 for the straight sets victory.
MILFORD, Utah-The Milford Tigers smacked Water Canyon 3-0 Wednesday in Region 20 volleyball play. The Tigers downed the Wildcats 25-21, 25-16, 25-11 to prevail in straight sets against the Wildcats.
TROPIC, Utah-The Panguitch Bobcats stymied Bryce Valley 3-0 in Region 20 volleyball play Wednesday. The Bobcats downed the Mustangs 25-16, 25-17, 25-16.
