More Than Half Of Utah Residents Live In Larger Cities

(Saratoga Springs, UT) — For the first time in history, more than half of Utah residents now live in a city with more than 50-thousand people. A new population study by the University of Utah shows that Saratoga Springs is growing the fastest. It added over 46-hundred residents between summer 2024 and summer 2025. That gave it a growth rate of eight-point-four percent. Just to its west, Eagle Mountain added more than 41-hundred residents, giving it a growth rate of six-point-eight percent.
