Snow Canyon High School
ST. GEORGE, Utah-Jake Peterson drove in three runs and the No. 6 Wayne Badgers scored three runs in the top of the 7th Inning in a 5-3 upset of No. 3 Piute Tuesday at Snow Canyon High School in the state quarterfinals. Ryker Peterson and Blake Peterson also drove in a run apiece in victory for the Badgers. Blake Dalton drove in two runs and Bodie Gayler added another RBI in the loss for the Thunderbirds. The Badgers next face No. 2 American Heritage Friday at 4:00 pm at Kearns High School in the state semifinals.
ST. GEORGE, Utah-The No. 1 Panguitch Bobcats dismantled No. 8 Bryce Valley 9-2 at Snow Canyon High School in the state quarterfinals Tuesday. The Bobcats return to action Friday at 1:30 pm against No. 5 Altamont in the state semifinals at Kearns High School. Luke Andrus and Antonio Moreno each drove in a run in the loss for the Mustangs.
Salt Lake Community College
TAYLORSVILLE, Utah-Matthew Lake drove in three runs and the No. 2 American Heritage Patriots routed No. 7 Intermountain Christian 13-3 Tuesday in the 1A state quarterfinals at Salt Lake Community College.
TAYLORSVILLE, Utah-Keaton Huff, Ryker Thacker, Parker Harrison and Judd Taylor each drove in a run and the No. 5 Altamont Longhorns smacked No. 13 Tintic 9-3 in the 1A state quarterfinals at Salt Lake Community College Tuesday.

Region 12
DELTA, Utah-The Manti Templars overpowered Delta 3-1 Tuesday in Region 12 volleyball play at the Palladium. The Templars downed the Rabbits 25-22, 25-22, 16-25, 25-10.
RICHFIELD, Utah-The Richfield Wildcats downed Juab 3-1 in Region 12 volleyball play Tuesday. The Wildcats bested the Wasps 25-23, 23-25, 25-14, 25-18 to gain the victory.
Region 18
ENTERPRISE, Utah-The Enterprise Wolves stonewalled South Sevier 3-1 Tuesday in Region 18 volleyball play. The Wolves bested the Rams 17-25, 25-12, 25-19, 25-18.
PAROWAN, Utah-The Parowan Rams bested Millard 3-1 in Region 18 volleyball play Tuesday. The Rams overpowered the Eagles 25-23, 25-15, 22-25, 29-27 to improve to 15-0 on the season.
BEAVER, Utah-The Beaver Beavers decimated Water Canyon 3-0 Tuesday in Region 18 volleyball play. The Beavers pummeled the Wildcats 25-16, 25-13, 25-6 to record the decisive straight sets victory.
Girls Soccer
Region 12
CEDAR CITY, Utah-Emilee Winters, Hallie Newman, Emery Miles, Harmony Lopez, Hadlee Farrow and Brooklyn Davie each scored and the Canyon View Falcons pounded Richfield 6-1 Tuesday in Region 12 girls soccer action. Mia Lewis scored in the loss for the Wildcats.
DELTA, Utah-Addison Hyatt scored twice and the Juab Wasps doubled up Delta 2-1 in Region 12 girls soccer play Tuesday. Jasmyne Rodriguez scored in the loss for the Rabbits.
MT. PLEASANT, Utah-Cambrie Thompson, Brooklyn Olson and Taylie Mickelsen each scored and the Manti Templars blanked North Sanpete 3-0 Tuesday in Region 12 girls soccer play. Alyssa Whitney earned the shutout for the Templars.
Region 18
PAROWAN, Utah-Kinnin Lambert scored and the Parowan Rams blanked Millard 1-0 in Region 18 girls soccer play Tuesday. Shaylee Johnson recorded the shutout for the Rams.
