OGDEN, Utah-Wednesday, Weber State senior shooting guard Steven Verplancken was selected to participate in Damian Lillard’s Formula Zero camp.

The native of San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic is only one of 20 collegians throughout the country to compete at this event. It will run from August 16-19 at Phoenix.

Verplancken’s Weber State teammate, junior point guard Dillon Jones, participated in the inaugural camp last season.

The camp includes the development of on-court skills and character off the court.
