LOGAN, Utah-Utah State head men’s basketball coach Ryan Odom made more additions to his staff this week.
Odom announced the addition of Billy Bales and Noah Ralby. Bales will serve as the Aggies’ director of player development. Ralby will serve as the program’s director of analytics.
Bales was with Odom at Maryland-Baltimore County where he assisted the Retrievers with daily scheduling, created social media content and fulfilled other duties where assigned.
Bales is a graduate of NCAA Division II Lenoir-Rhyne where he earned a bachelor’s degree in sports management and a master’s degree in university leadership.
Ralby also joins Odom after having served under him at UMBC. He is a graduate of NCAA Division III Johns Hopkins, earning a degree in economics and a master’s in entrepreneurship, innovation and leadership from UMBC.
