HENDERSON, Nev.-Friday, the Southern Nevada Coyotes swept Snow 14-4 and 15-4 in a Scenic West softball doubleheader.
In the first game, Kayley Cole, Caitlin Covington and Taylor Hendricks each homered for the Coyotes.
Laynee Anzalone earned the win in the circle for Southern Nevada, scattering three hits in five innings of work.
Deshani Purcell and Jami Shumway each had RBI in the loss for the Badgers.
The Coyotes completed the sweep as Cole and Liliana Gutierrez each homered for the Coyotes.
Codilyn Olds improved to 4-1 on the season with the win in the circle for Southern Nevada.
Shumway, Purcell and Stalee Hadley each had RBI in defeat for Snow.
The Badgers and Coyotes conclude the series with another doubleheader Saturday.
