Tuesday, Snow softball freshman infielder Hailey Mangum was named the Scenic West Conference’s player of the week.

In the Badgers’ five games at the Chapman Automotive Great Western Shootout of Yuma, Ariz., last week Mangum batted .733 and posted eight RBI as Snow went 4-1.

The native of Payson, Utah is presently hitting .607 on the season for the Badgers while netting 17 hits and 11 RBI.

Snow is 8-2 on the season and returns to action February 23 at Oxford, Ala. at the ACCC Invitational.
