(Tucson, AZ) November 3, 2018 — The Pima Community College men’s soccer team added more firsts to its storied history on Saturday after claiming the NJCAA West District title in a 1-0 double overtime victory over Snow College.

Sophomore Hugo Kametani broke the scoreless tie by scoring the golden goal in the 101st minute (17 seconds into the second overtime) as the No. 3 ranked Aztecs beat No. 11 Snow College 1-0.

The heartbreaking loss by the Badgers prevent them from advancing to the National Tournament for the first time in school history.  Snow finished the season at 16-4 as back to back Region 18 tournament champions.
