EPHRAIM, Utah-Monday, the Snow College football team checked in at No. 5 in the first preseason rankings of the NJCAA season.

In other Snow College news Monday, Drayson Ball was hired as the athletic department’s new sports information director.
Ball, a Gunnison Valley High School graduate, previously served as the sports information director’s assistant at Dixie State University.
Ball has previously served as the radio and television commentator for football and women’s basketball during the 2018 and 2019 seasons.
Ball is a 2018 graduate of Dixie State University and a graduate of Snow College. He has also served a full-time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Mexico Merida Mission.
