Men’s Basketball

TWIN FALLS, Idaho-Nate Meithof led the way with 21 points and 8 rebounds on 8-12 from the field and 3-6 from range as the No. 2 Southern Idaho Golden Eagles decimated Snow 101-64 in SWAC men’s basketball play Thursday. The Golden Eagles shot 57 percent (39-69) from the field in improving to 18-0 and 6-0 in SWAC play on the season. Chase Potter’s 14 points paced the Badgers in defeat. Snow fell to 14-5 and 5-2 in SWAC play with the loss.

Women’s Basketball

TWIN FALLS, Idaho-Tylie Jones posted 16 points on 5-9 from the field and the No. 7 Southern Idaho Golden Eagles downed Snow 65-59 Thursday in SWAC women’s basketball play. Samiana Suguturaga netted 18 points and 10 rebounds on 8-16 from the field for the Badgers.

The Golden Eagles improved to 16-2 (5-1 in SWAC play) with the win. Snow fell to 7-9 (4-3 in SWAC play) with the loss.
