SALT LAKE CITY-Casey Petersen and Jordan Fitzpatrick homered and the Grand Junction Rockies gashed the Ogden Raptors 14-6 Sunday at Suplizio Field to conclude this Pioneer League series.

Izzy Fuentes posted 7 strikeouts in 5.2 innings of play for the Rockies to obtain the victory.

The Rockies improved to 37-27  and 13-5 in the second half of the season with the win. Grand Junction won the series against the Raptors 4-2.

Ogden fell to 38-26 on the season and 9-9 in the second half of the season in defeat.

Grand Junction concludes the series only one game behind the Raptors in the Pioneer League South Division.

The Raptors return to action Tuesday at 7:00 pm against Rocky Mountain at Lindquist Field for a 6-game series against the Vibes.
