MORGAN, Utah-Nick Despain completed 11 of 15 passes for 168 yards and 3 scores as the Morgan Trojans routed Manti 42-0 in non-region football play Friday.
Despain’s key target was Gavin Turner (3 rec, 80 yards, TD) as they connected on a 52-yard score late in the first half.
Morgan completely dominated the game, outgaining the Templars 342-83.
The 5-0 Trojans return to action Friday at Juan Diego while the 2-3 Templars face Carbon at home Friday for Homecoming.
MOAB, Utah-Tyrek Hopkins had three touchdown runs and the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs pounded Grand 35-0 Friday in non-region football play. Tyson Tucker added a 21-yard touchdown pass to Bryson Sorensen and Judy Pearson contributed a 4-yard touchdown run in victory for Gunnison Valley.
ROOSEVELT, Utah-Alex Jackson threw three touchdown passes and the Juab Wasps blitzed Union 48-19 in non-region football play Friday. Ryan Robison added a pair of touchdown runs in victory for the Wasps.
ST. GEORGE, Utah-Tyden Morris had scoring runs of 14 and 15 yards and the Desert Hills Thunder stormed past North Sanpete 44-0 Friday in non-region football play.
REXBURG, Idaho-Kutlur Matheson returned a fumble 51 yards for a score and the Beaver Beavers dismantled Providence Hall 41-0 Friday in a non-region tilt at Rexburg, Idaho. Ayden Bradshaw, Bodie Wheatley, Tavyn Hollingshead, Tyten Fails and Deegan Blackner also ran for scores in victory for the Beavers.
SALT LAKE CITY-Kannin Boswell had scoring runs of 21, 1, 6 and 11 yards as the North Sevier Wolves blanked Judge Memorial 29-0 in non-region football play Friday.
KANAB, Utah-Griffen Bone threw three touchdown passes and the Kanab Cowboys routed North Summit 30-13 Friday in non-region football play. Bone added a 6-yard touchdown run and Derek Brown returned an interception 69 yards for another score in victory for Kanab.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Emery Thorson had three touchdown runs and caught a pass for another score as the Richfield Wildcats decimated South Sevier 53-12 in non-region football play Friday. Carter Abraham threw a 62-yard touchdown pass to Kanyon Okerlund and Brock Bair had a 2-yard touchdown run in the loss for the Rams.
MILFORD, Utah-Kilo Tsosie threw three touchdown passes and the Milford Tigers pounded Delta 48-6 Friday in non-region football play. Drayton Blackburn, Quaid Thompson and Bo Hardy added scoring runs in victory for Milford. Cam Skeem threw a 20-yard touchdown pass to Cameron Smith in the loss for the Rabbits.
BLUFFDALE, Utah-Liam Whittaker ran five yards for a score and Josh Morrill successfully converted the subsequent 2-point conversion attempt to lead the Summit Academy Bears to a 40-34 win over Millard in non-region football play Friday. Morgan Wade and Brooks Christensen each ran for a pair of scores in defeat for the Eagles.

JUNCTION, Utah-The Piute Thunderbirds routed Wayne 13-2 in 1A South baseball play Friday. Reed Edwards drove in a run for the Badgers in the loss.
PANGUITCH, Utah-The Panguitch Bobcats hammered Diamond Ranch 22-0 Friday in 1A South baseball play.

ORDERVILLE, Utah-The Valley Buffaloes downed Diamond Ranch 3-0 in Region 20 volleyball action Friday. The Buffaloes waxed the Diamondbacks 25-11, 25-11, 25-11 to symmetrically earn the straight sets sweep.
Non-Region
SALINA, Utah-The Panguitch Bobcats downed North Sevier 3-0 Friday in non-region volleyball play. The Bobcats bested the Wolves 25-17, 25-20, 25-22 for the straight sets victory.
TROPIC, Utah-The Tintic Miners outlasted Bryce Valley 3-2 in non-region volleyball play Friday. The Miners prevailed 25-21, 6-25, 25-23, 18-25, 15-11 over the Mustangs. Bryce Valley fell to 0-12 with the loss.
