SALINA, Utah-McKay Foote, Boston Bosshardt and Zander Robinson drove in a run apiece and No. 9 North Sevier eliminated No. 10 Enterprise 3-1 in the 2A one-loss bracket battle of the Wolves Tuesday. Davis Malmgren posted six strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win on the mound for North Sevier. Jack Moyle and Aiden Emmett drove in a run apiece in defeat for the Enterprise Wolves. The North Sevier Wolves next face No. 5 South Sevier Thursday at 11:00 am in the 2A one-loss bracket at Miller Park on the campus of Brigham Young University.
MONROE, Utah-Houston Blake, Cannon Barney and Trayl Parsons drove in two runs apiece and the No. 5 South Sevier Rams eliminated No. 14 Millard with a 10-0 win over the Eagles Tuesday in the 2A one-loss bracket.
PAROWAN, Utah-Lucas Williamson homered and the No. 7 Parowan Rams outlasted No. 8 Monticello 6-5 in the 2A one-loss bracket Tuesday. Jackson Keyes homered in the loss for the Buckaroos. Parowan next faces No. 6 American Leadership Thursday at 1:30 pm at Miller Park.
SPANISH FORK, Utah-Daxen Stream and Aryn Moody drove in two runs apiece and No. 6 American Leadership soared past No. 13 Duchesne 7-1 Tuesday in the 2A one-loss bracket battle of the Eagles. Ethan Barney netted a strikeout in four innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the American Leadership Eagles. Braylon Brady drove in a run in the loss for the Duchesne Eagles.
