SPANISH FORK, Utah-Haylee Moynier and Payzlei Parrish drove in two runs apiece and the No. 3 Union Cougars blanked No. 6 Richfield 10-0 in 3A softball bracket play Tuesday at the Spanish Fork Softball Complex. Moynier posted nine strikeouts in 4.2 innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Cougars. The Cougars next play No. 2 North Sanpete Tuesday at 5:00 pm in the state quarterfinals at the Spanish Fork Softball Complex. The Wildcats next face No. 12 Juab Tuesday at 2:30 pm in the one-loss bracket at the Spanish Fork Softball Complex.
