RICHFIELD, Utah-Malik Fautin drove in five runs and the Richfield Wildcats edged Grand 16-15 in Region 12 baseball play Friday. Reggie Hafen recorded four strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Wildcats. Jaxon Carroll, Trace York and Tatym Bisco drove in three runs apiece for the Red Devils in the loss.
Region 14
NEPHI, Utah-Cael Smith drove in a pair of runs and the Juab Wasps outlasted Manti 6-5 in Region 14 baseball play Friday. Smith also earned the win on the mound for the Wasps with one strikeout in one inning of work. Bo Stevens and Hayden Wade each had an RBI in the loss for the Templars.
ROOSEVELT, Utah-Blake Mecham homered and the Union Cougars smacked Delta 14-3 Friday in Region 14 baseball action. Gavin Roberts recorded the win on the mound for the Cougars with one strikeout in four innings of work. Dylan Larsen, Marcus Chase and Cooper Nielson each drove in a run for the Rabbits in defeat.
2A West
MILFORD, Utah-The Enterprise Wolves blanked Milford 2-0 Friday in 2A West baseball play.
PAROWAN, Utah-The Kanab Cowboys waxed Parowan 9-4 in 2A West baseball play Friday. Boden Mackelprang, Matt Townsend and Hunter Johnson drove in a run apiece in defeat for the Rams.
HILDALE, Utah-The Millard Eagles decimated Water Canyon 20-0 Friday in the first game of a 2A West baseball doubleheader.
2A East
GUNNISON, Utah-Zack Brackett and Easton Newman each homered and the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs surged past North Sevier 9-4 in 2A East baseball play Friday. Braxton Pickett’s four strikeouts in two innings of work earned him the win on the mound for the Bulldogs. Tyler Foote and Mace Sorenson each drove in a run in the loss for the Wolves.
Non-Region
BEAVER, Utah-Benjamin Northrup homered and the South Sevier Rams pounded Beaver 21-2 in non-region baseball play Friday. Northrup, Ridge Tebbs and Tyson Robb had 3 RBI apiece for the Rams in victory. Northrup’s two strikeouts in five innings earned him the win on the mound for the Rams. Brayden Evans and Bentley Bradshaw each drove in a run in defeat for the Beavers.

NEPHI, Utah-The Manti Templars outgunned Juab 20-19 in Region 14 softball play Friday. Hadlei Weaver drove in five runs in defeat for the Wasps.
ROOSEVELT, Utah-The Union Cougars downed Delta 7-3 Friday in the first game of a Region 14 softball doubleheader.
ROOSEVELT, Utah-The Union Cougars completed a Region 14 softball doubleheader sweep of Delta with a 15-0 rout of the Rabbits Friday.
2A South
PAROWAN, Utah-Taylen Yardley homered and the Parowan Rams routed Kanab 15-0 Friday in 2A South softball play. Madison Adams’ 10 strikeouts in four innings of work earned her the win in the circle for the Rams.
MILFORD, Utah-The Enterprise Wolves pounded Milford 19-0 in 2A South softball action Friday.
2A Central
MONTICELLO, Utah-Ainsley Talbot drove in four runs and the Piute Thunderbirds hammered Monticello 26-9 Friday in the first game of a 2A Central softball doubleheader. Taylor Gleave and Adryonna Henry added three more RBI apiece in victory for Piute and Alayna Severe drove in two more runs for the Thunderbirds. Cooper Fautin, Tera Morgan and Kaycee Gleave also added an RBI apiece for Piute. Vallee Robb posted six strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Thunderbirds.
