CASTLE DALE, Utah-The Richfield Wildcats downed Emery 11-5 Friday in Region 12 baseball play.
Region 14
NEPHI, Utah-Cael Smith, Payton Park, Cooper Ford, Austin Park and Keaton Mace each drove in a run as the Juab Wasps blanked Union 6-0 in Region 14 baseball play Friday. Austin Park earned the win on the mound for the Wasps with nine strikeouts in 5.2 innings of work.
MT. PLEASANT, Utah-The Delta Rabbits got past the North Sanpete Hawks 7-3 Friday in Region 14 baseball action.
2A West
KANAB, Utah-Parker Staheli drove in three runs and posted nine strikeouts to also earn the win on the mound as the Enterprise Wolves routed Kanab 12-1 Friday in 2A West baseball play.
MILFORD, Utah-The Milford Tigers smacked Millard 10-3 Friday in 2A West baseball play. Hunter Rhodes drove in two runs for the Eagles in the loss.
2A East
SALINA, Utah-Tyler Foote and Rylan Frischknecht each drove in three runs and the North Sevier Wolves downed North Summit 21-7 Friday in the second game of a 2A East baseball doubleheader. Cody Sorenson added 2 more RBI for the Wolves. Hunter Hansen posted two strikeouts in 1.2 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Wolves.
SALINA, Utah-The North Sevier Wolves won their first game of the season with an 11-8 win over the North Summit Braves in 2A East baseball play Friday.
Cutler Blonquist drove in a pair of runs for the Braves in defeat.
GUNNISON, Utah-Cade Norman and Kyson Giles each had an RBI and the Duchesne Eagles blanked Gunnison Valley 2-0 Friday in 2A East baseball play. Giles netted 11 strikeouts in 7 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Eagles.
Non-Region
MANTI, Utah-Braxton Henningson, Jaden Barton, Troy Madsen and Kayson Bailey drove in 2 runs apiece and the Manti Templars stonewalled Ogden 13-3 Friday in non-region baseball play. Bailey’s seven strikeouts in six innings of work earned him the win on the mound for the Templars. Sean Garceau and Kolton Rich each drove in a run for the Tigers in the loss.
Softball
Region 14
NEPHI, Utah-Hadlei Weaver homered and the Juab Wasps pounded Delta 7-1 in Region 14 softball play Friday. Bailee Benson posted six strikeouts in six innings to earn the win in the circle for the Wasps. Joslyn Christiansen drove in a run in the loss for the Rabbits.
ROOSEVELT, Utah-The Union Cougars downed Manti 12-9 Friday in Region 14 softball play. Mara Thompson and Alivya Osborn drove in three runs apiece in the loss for the Templars.
2A Central
GUNNISON, Utah-The Gunnison Valley Bulldogs pounded Wayne 15-0 in 2A Central softball play Friday.

MT. PLEASANT, Utah-The North Sanpete Hawks blanked Class 6A Hunter 7-0 in non-region softball play Friday.
