DELTA, Utah-Josh Jackson posted a pair of RBI and the Delta Rabbits downed ALA 7-5 in Region 14 baseball action Wednesday. Hunter Peterson also drove in a run and Wayland Crane earned the win on the mound for Delta.
Non-Region
MANTI, Utah-Kannin Boswell and Marshall Okerlund came up with key RBI in the top of the 7th Inning and the North Sevier Wolves got past Manti 10-8 in non-region baseball play Wednesday. Tayler Rasmussen had a game-high 3 RBI and earned the win on the mound for North Sevier. Isaac Schoppe, Jason Nelson and Braxton Henningson drove in two runs apiece in the loss for the Templars.
Softball
2-A South
PANGUITCH, Utah-Laci Sissener amassed five RBI and Madison Adams earned the win in the circle, posting five strikeouts, as the Parowan Rams bludgeoned Panguitch 17-2 Wednesday in 2-A South softball play.
Non-Region
MONROE, Utah-Shaylee Burraston netted 3 RBI and took the win in the circle as the Millard Eagles edged South Sevier 6-5 in non-region softball action Wednesday. Halle Warner, Darion Maxfield and Aubree Lunt also drove in runs for the Eagles. Kadence Anderson had 2 RBI in the loss for the Rams. Janessa Gailor and Aspynn Dickinson also drove in runs for South Sevier.
Boys Soccer
Region 14
DELTA, Utah-Rider Rogers posted a hat trick and the Delta Rabbits pounded Maeser Prep 8-2 Wednesday in Region 14 boys soccer play. Carlos Acosta added two more goals for Delta with Daniel Mendoza, Teegan McDonald and Grady Lovell also scoring for the Rabbits in the win.
NEPHI, Utah-Trace Boggess netted a hat trick as the Manti Templars waxed Juab 3-1 in Region 14 boys soccer action Wednesday. Juan Palmerin and Austin Cox had assists in victory for Manti.
Non-Region
KAMAS, Utah-Jaxon Stowe posted a pair of goals and the South Summit Wildcats edged North Sanpete 3-2 in non-region boys soccer play Wednesday. Dante Lowe and Brady Jacobsen found the net in defeat for the Hawks.
