GUNNISON, Utah-Landry Edwards, Porter Comin and Axton Sorenson each drove in a run and the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs bested Manti 3-1 in non-region baseball play Monday. Waylon Sorenson’s seven strikeouts in four innings of work earned the win on the mound for the Templars. Zach Blackham had an RBI in defeat for the Templars.

MANTI, Utah-Chelsie Carter homered and the Maple Mountain Golden Eagles routed Manti 11-0 Monday in non-region softball play. Kyla Donegan netted five strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Golden Eagles.
