ST. GEORGE, Utah-Jaxton Tolman homered and the Desert Hills Thunder pounded Juab 17-0 Thursday at the D-Hills Great Western Classic at Desert Hills High School. Tolman’s five strikeouts in four innings of work earned the win on the mound for the Thunder.

WEST JORDAN, Utah-Reese Dubach, Gage Lintz and Kooper Beebe drove in two runs apiece and the Copper Hills Grizzlies blanked North Sanpete 10-0 in non-region baseball play Thursday. Beebe’s 11 strikeouts in five innings of work earned the win on the mound for the Grizzlies.

ST. GEORGE, Utah-Raiden Hunt homered and the Pine View Panthers overpowered Beaver 13-5 Thursday in non-region baseball play. Tristen Sylvester posted five strikeouts in four innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Panthers. Davin Orton homered in the loss for the Beavers.

HERRIMAN, Utah-Sienna Soper drove in six runs and the Juab Wasps clobbered Providence Hall 22-3 Thursday in Region 12 softball play. Soper’s five strikeouts in four innings of work earned the win in the circle for the Wasps. Rylee McMillan and Taycee Metts drove in a run apiece in the loss for the Patriots.

HILDALE, Utah-Collins Houston homered and the Panguitch Bobcats hammered Water Canyon 18-3 in 1A softball play Thursday. Brooklynn Harland’s eight strikeouts in 4.2 innings of work earned the win in the circle for the Bobcats. Jaklyn Dutson and Zaylie Holm homered in the loss for the Wildcats.

JUNCTION, Utah-Jaidyn McMullin drove in three runs and the Milford Tigers routed Piute 17-4 Thursday in 1A softball play. McMullin’s five strikeouts in five innings of work earned the win in the circle for Milford. Braylee Randall, Alayna Severe and Ainsley James drove in a run apiece in the loss for the Thunderbirds.

DELTA, Utah-Emily Stephenson homered and the Millard Eagles routed Delta 22-2 in non-region softball play Thursday. Macie Wade netted three strikeouts in three innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Eagles. Joslyn Christiansen homered in the loss for the Rabbits.

OREM, Utah-Kaecee Johnson homered twice and Aydree Jacobson also went yard as the North Sanpete Hawks blasted Timpanogos 12-2 Thursday in non-region softball play. Johnson’s 13 strikeouts in seven innings of work earned the win in the circle for the Hawks. Liv Lott drove in two runs in the loss for the Wolves.

BICKNELL, Utah-Jenna Erickson homered and the Wayne Badgers stonewalled North Sevier 18-8 in non-region softball play Thursday. Rylan Taylor’s six strikeouts in five innings of work earned the win in the circle for the Badgers. Saige Jensen homered in the loss for the Wolves.
