Boys Basketball

Region 19

PAROWAN, Utah-Brock Felder led the way with 16 points and the Parowan Rams edged South Sevier 54-51 in Region 19 boys basketball action Thursday. Emilio Miramontes’ 14 points led the South Sevier Rams in the loss.

KANAB, Utah-The Enterprise Wolves outlasted Kanab 49-48 Thursday in Region 19 boys basketball play.

Region 20

MILFORD, Utah-Kielen Tsosie netted 16 points and the Milford Tigers edged Bryce Valley 51-49 in Region 20 boys basketball play Thursday. Treyson Clark had a game-high 21 points in defeat for the Mustangs.

Girls Basketball

Region 12

RICHFIELD, Utah-Nicole Willardson amassed 28 points and the Richfield Wildcats stonewalled Canyon View 46-28 Thursday in Region 12 girls basketball play. Maylee Spencer and Payton Lister had 6 points apiece in the loss for the Falcons.

Region 14

MANTI, Utah-Avia Stowell posted 25 points and the Juab Wasps edged Manti 57-56 in Region 14 girls basketball play Thursday. Charlee Mandel led the Templars with 18 points in defeat.

ROOSEVELT, Utah-Tylee Henrie netted 15 points and the North Sanpete Hawks surged past Union 53-41 Thursday in Region 14 girls basketball play. Peyton Murray led the Cougars in the loss with 8 points.

Region 16

SALINA, Utah-Cale Torgerson stepped up with 13 points and the North Sevier Wolves dismantled Gunnison Valley 51-25 in Region 16 girls basketball play Thursday. Rilee Dyreng’s game-high 16 points led the Bulldogs in the loss.

Region 20

MILFORD, Utah-Haven Syrett and Kilee Brinkherhoff had 9 points apiece and the Bryce Valley Mustangs downed Milford 46-29 Thursday in Region 20 girls basketball play. Tayleah Spaulding’s 19 points led the Tigers in defeat.

BICKNELL, Utah-Aspen New’s 14 points and 8 rebounds led the way and the Wayne Badgers hammered Escalante 66-42 in Region 20 girls basketball play Thursday. McKynlee Cottam led the Moquis in the loss with 11 points.

JUNCTION, Utah-Kaycee Gleave netted 18 points and the Piute Thunderbirds routed Water Canyon 61-26 Thursday in Region 20 girls basketball play. Martha Jessop had a game-high 19 points for the Wildcats in defeat.
