Region 12
PRICE, Utah-Rylan Hart led the way with 19 points and the Carbon Dinos waxed Richfield 62-49 in Region 12 boys basketball action Friday. Cort Moon had 15 points for the Wildcats in the loss.
Region 14
NEPHI, Utah-Christian Hansen posted 21 points and 13 rebounds on 8-13 from the field as the Manti Templars overpowered Juab 67-55 Friday in Region 14 boys basketball action at The Pit.
The Templars were +12 (25-13) in the crucial 4th Quarter to pull out the victory against the Wasps.
Manti shot 51 percent from the field in improving to 12-8 and 5-2 in Region 14 play on the season in victory.
Justin Christensen had 22 points in the loss for the Wasps. Juab falls to 10-9 ad 4-3 in Region 14 play with the loss.
Manti returns to action Wednesday by hosting Carbon in a non-region game. Juab hosts North Sanpete Wednesday as their Region 14 season ensues.
MT. PLEASANT, Utah-Landon Bowles netted 23 points and the North Sanpete Hawks gashed Union 51-36 in Region 14 boys basketball play Friday. Alec Labrum had 14 points in defeat for the Cougars.
Region 16
SALINA, Utah-Hunter Rhodes amassed 40 points and the Millard Eagles clobbered North Sevier 80-38 Friday in Region 16 boys basketball play. Ethan Fielding led the Wolves in defeat with 14 points.
GUNNISON, Utah-Garett Fabrizio posted 18 points and the Duchesne Eagles edged Gunnison Valley 43-39 in Region 16 boys basketball play Friday. Aiden O’Neal had 14 points in the loss for the Bulldogs.
Region 19
KANAB, Utah-Jordan Cornell stepped up with 27 points and the Kanab Cowboys humbled Beaver 57-48 Friday in Region 19 boys basketball play. Conner Crum led the Beavers in defeat with 14 points.
BLANDING, Utah-Ladd Ivins keyed a balanced scoring attack with 19 points and the San Juan Broncos hammered South Sevier 74-53 in Region 19 boys basketball play Friday. Carter Abraham had 15 points in the loss for the Rams.
Non-Region
WENDOVER, Utah-Brooks Dalton netted 18 points and the Piute Thunderbirds pummeled Wendover 67-40 in non-region boys basketball play Friday. Orlando Alvarez led the Wildcats in the loss with 21 points.

Region 19
MONROE, Utah-Aspen Okerlund led the way with 18 points and the South Sevier Rams dismantled San Juan 64-28 Friday in Region 19 girls basketball play. Serina Yanito had 18 points in the loss for the Broncos.
Region 20
MILFORD, Utah-Emma Hallows netted 15 points and the Wayne Badgers got past Milford 52-48 in Region 20 girls basketball play Friday. Tayleah Spaulding’s game-high 16 points led the Tigers in defeat.
ORDERVILLE, Utah-Kenzie Lyman stepped up with 20 points and the Escalante Moquis downed Valley 67-63 Friday in Region 20 girls basketball play. Janilyn Hoyt had a game-high 29 points in the loss for the Buffaloes.
Non-Region
MONTEZUMA CREEK, Utah-Whitehorse took an early 13-4 lead and pulled away from there in a 56-27 win over Bryce Valley in non-region girls basketball action Friday.
