RICHFIELD, Utah-Jordan Cornell recorded 20 points and 5 assists and the Kanab Cowboys bested Delta 63-56 during the Central Utah Preview Saturday at the Sevier Valley Center. Bronco Bundy’s 16 points on 5-9 from the field led the Rabbits in the loss. Kanab improves to 5-0 on the season in victory as Delta falls to 1-4.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Griffin Wayman posted 15 points on 4-6 from the field and the Richfield Wildcats humbled Ogden 61-47 Saturday at the Sevier Valley Center during the Central Utah Preview. Austin Johnson’s 16 points on 6-10 from the field led the Tigers in the loss.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Trevor Richins nailed a pair of key free throws in the closing seconds, posting 16 points and 5 rebounds overall, as the North Summit Braves outlasted Parowan 50-48 at the Sevier Valley Center Saturday during the Central Utah Preview. Cash Mortensen’s 18 points and 6 rebounds led the Rams in the loss.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Kayson Douglas posted 18 points and 7 rebounds on 7-11 from the field and the Manti Templars decimated Morgan 81-48 at the Sevier Valley Center Saturday during the Central Utah Preview. The Templars shot 54 percent (31-57) from the field in victory. Gavin Turner and Joe Weight had 9 points apiece in defeat for the Trojans.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Ian Johnson made a 3-pointer in the closing seconds and San Juan outlasted North Sevier 49-46 during the Central Utah Preview Saturday at the Sevier Valley Center. RJ Dalley’s 13 points on 4-7 led the Broncos in victory. Keaton Hallows and Randy Elmer had 9 points apiece in defeat for the Wolves.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Brigham Mulford’s 16 points and 5 assists led the way and the Grantsville Cowboys bested South Sevier 56-47 Saturday at the Sevier Valley Center during the Central Utah Preview. Emilio Miramontes posted 24 points and 6 rebounds on 8-12 from the field in the loss for the Rams.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Austin Thomas netted 17 points and 10 rebounds and the Enterprise Wolves dismantled Carbon 66-48 during the Central Utah Preview Saturday at the Sevier Valley Center. The Wolves shot 50 percent (25-50) for the ballgame. Zeke Willison’s 15 points led the Dinos in defeat.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Ryker Richards posted 21 points and 11 rebounds on 9-14 from the field as the Juab Wasps overpowered Duchesne 58-43 during the Central Utah Preview Saturday at the Sevier Valley Center. Parker Crum recorded 19 points in the loss for the Eagles.

VERNAL, Utah-Dauson Gardner’s 16 points led Uintah as the Utes edged North Sanpete 56-53 in non-region boys basketball play Saturday. Tyler Peckham posted 17 points in defeat for the Hawks.
ORDERVILLE, Utah-MaCoy Harris led the way with 21 points and the Valley Buffaloes edged Mount Vernon 59-56 Saturday in non-region boys basketball play. Gabe Jackson led the Patriots in defeat with 18 points.
JUNCTION, Utah-Brooks Dalton netted 29 points and the Piute Thunderbirds hammered Tintic 66-37 in non-region boys basketball play Saturday.
TROPIC, Utah-Treyson Clark posted 16 points as the Bryce Valley Mustangs pounded Green River 61-28 Saturday in non-region boys basketball play. Joe Vollmer’s 10 points led the Pirates in the loss.

Delta Tournament
DELTA, Utah-Rylee Little stepped up with 16 points and the Kanab Lady Cowboys hammered Duchesne 55-35 Saturday at the Delta Tournament at the Palladium. Lexi Morlan’s 10 points paced the Eagles in the loss.
DELTA, Utah-The Millard Eagles bested Class 5A Provo 55-44 at the Delta Tournament at the Palladium Saturday.
Shannon Johnson Classic
VERNAL, Utah-Aliya Lester netted 16 points and the Emery Spartans pounded Manti 57-38 at the Shannon Johnson Classic Saturday at Uintah High School. Heidi Jorgensen led the Templars in the loss with 13 points.
VERNAL, Utah-Charlee Mandel and Heidi Jorgensen each posted 14 points and the Manti Templars got past host Uintah 42-36 at the Shannon Johnson Classic Saturday. Kyrsten Blake led the Class 5A Utes in defeat with 13 points.
Non-Region
JUNCTION, Utah-Alayna Severe and Kaycee Gleave posted 13 points apiece and the Piute Thunderbirds decimated Tintic 58-12 Saturday in non-region girls basketball play. Marina Pena led the Miners in the loss with 4 points.
TROPIC, Utah-Holly Mathews recorded 15 points and the Bryce Valley Mustangs clobbered Green River 53-30 in non-region girls basketball play Saturday. Abigail Erwin led the Pirates in defeat with 16 points.
