CEDAR CITY, Utah-Cache Eyre recorded 27 points and 15 rebounds and the Panguitch Bobcats outlasted Grantsville 75-73 Wednesday at the Hodson Cancer Classic at Canyon View High School. Decker Dzierzon led the Cowboys in the loss with 16 points.

TROPIC, Utah-Chance Lazenby and Dayton Giles had 14 points apiece and the Tabiona Tigers clobbered Bryce Valley 79-39 in non-region boys basketball play Wednesday. Zaren Roberts’ game-high 24 points led the Mustangs in defeat.
MT. PLEASANT, Utah-Ridge Hendry’s 20 points led the way and the North Sanpete Hawks got past Grand 78-72 Wednesday in non-region boys basketball play. Lane Berry had a game-high 21 points in defeat for the Red Devils.

CEDAR CITY, Utah-Kinley Jenson posted 14 points and the South Sevier Rams stonewalled Class 4A Dixie 42-26 at the Hodson Cancer Classic Wednesday at Canyon View High School. Kealah Faumuina led the Flyers in the loss with 11 points.

TROPIC, Utah-Hadley Henderson netted 9 points and the Tabiona Tigers routed Bryce Valley 34-14 in non-region girls basketball play Wednesday. Grace Leech led the Mustangs in the loss with 6 points.
ESCALANTE, Utah-Kiaya Bond stepped up with 17 points and the Rockwell Marshals edged Escalante 39-38 Wednesday in non-region girls basketball play. Mazee Dunton led the Moquis with 13 points in defeat.
