ORDERVILLE, Utah-The Kanab Cowboys hammered Tintic 70-40 at the Buffalo Classic Saturday at Valley High School. Conner Fox’s 12 points led the Miners in defeat.
ORDERVILLE, Utah-Johnny Cox posted 14 points and the Valley Buffaloes routed Monument Valley 79-26 at Valley High School Saturday at the Buffalo Classic. Doreon Chee’s 7 points led the Cougars in the loss.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Haven Syrett posted 12 points and made 8 of 10 free throws as the Bryce Valley Mustangs outlasted Tabiona 33-29 during the 1A season preview at the Sevier Valley Center Saturday. Tabiona played the Mustangs because the Tintic Miners reportedly had COVID like symptoms and left to go back home to Eureka. Subsequent reports confirmed that Tintic’s players tested negative.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Andee VanDyke netted 36 points and 7 rebounds and the Wayne Badgers pounded Intermountain Christian 52-34 Saturday during the 1A season preview at the Sevier Valley Center. Makenna Stoddard’s 19 points led the Lions in the loss.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Mallory Henrie netted 11 points and the Panguitch Bobcats got past Tabiona 46-42 during the 1A season preview at the Sevier Valley Center Saturday. Mersadie Rhodes’ game-high 13 points led the Tigers in defeat.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Haydee Pugmire posted 13 points and 10 rebounds and the Rich Rebels outlasted Piute 32-30 Saturday during the 1A season preview at the Sevier Valley Center. Hannah Scott’s jumper in the closing seconds enabled the Rebels to escape with victory. Tera Morgan’s 6 points and 5 rebounds led the Thunderbirds in defeat.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Tayleah Spaulding led the way with 15 points and the Milford Tigers bested Monticello 51-35 during the 1A season preview at the Sevier Valley Center Saturday. Avery Shumway’s 11 points and 7 rebounds led the Buckaroos in defeat.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Janni Hoyt netted 21 points and 7 rebounds on 6-10 from range and the Valley Buffaloes stampeded Manila 69-33 Saturday during the 1A season preview at the Sevier Valley Center. Kassali Wall’s 9 points led the Mustangs in defeat.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Gabriella Delgadillo recorded 16 points, 10 rebounds and 5 steals as the Wendover Wildcats walloped Green River 68-38 at the Sevier Valley Center Saturday during the 1A season preview. Abby Erwin posted 23 points and 15 rebounds on 10-18 from the field for the Pirates in the loss.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Mazee Dunton posted 9 points and 12 rebounds and the Escalante Moquis recorded their first win of the season with a 28-22 win over Whitehorse Saturday at the Sevier Valley Center during the 1A season preview. Shunbaah Begay posted 9 points in defeat for the Raiders.
