BLANDING, Utah-Jordan Cornell’s 24 points led the way and the Kanab Cowboys lassoed the San Juan Broncos 58-51 in Region 19 boys basketball action Saturday. Garrett Young and Anthony Done had 14 points apiece for the Broncos in the loss.

BEAVER, Utah-Gentry Brown posted 21 points and the Beaver Beavers steamrolled San Juan 63-37 in Region 19 girls basketball play Saturday. Serina Yanito and Kaeah Howard had 9 points apiece in defeat for the Broncos.

BICKNELL, Utah-The Valley Buffaloes edged Wayne 61-58 Saturday in Region 20 girls basketball play.

MANILA, Utah-The Manila Mustangs stonewalled Bryce Valley 42-32 Saturday in non-region girls basketball action.
