Neemias Queta Declares For NBA Draft

LOGAN, Utah-Monday, Utah State men’s basketball junior center Neemias Queta declared for the NBA Draft via his Twitter account.

The 7-foot native of Barreiro, Portugal averaged 14.9 points and 10.1 rebounds per game for the Aggies this past season. He was the only Mountain West Conference student-athlete to post a double-double this season in men’s basketball.

For his career with the Aggies, Queta has averaged 13.2 points 9.02 rebounds and 2.56 blocks per season.

Queta also received 2021 The Associated Press honorable mention All-American honors for the 20-9 (15-4 in Mountain West Conference play) Aggies.
