ST. GEORGE, Utah-Monday, Dixie State football announced its initial fall schedule as a Division I program.
Five of the 11 opponents appearing on the docket for the Trail Blazers are competing in the NCAA FCS postseason this spring.
The Trailblazers will celebrate Homecoming October 23 by hosting Stephen F. Austin.
November 20, Dixie State will celebrate Senior Day by hosting the Missouri State Bears.
All of the Trailblazers’ games are against fellow Division I schools with the exception of a November 13 home game against NCAA Division II Fort Lewis of Durango, Colo.
