Cross Country State Championship Roundup: 10/25

ROSE PARK, Utah-Tuesday, the Utah High School Cross Country championships occurred at the Regional Athletic Complex of Rose Park, Utah.

The 1A girls championship was won by Panguitch as the Bobcats captured their eighth all-time state title in the event. Panguitch has won state cross country titles in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2018, 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Water Canyon won the 1A boys championship: the first state championship in school history for the Wildcats. The 1A individual boys champion is Altamont’s Ashton Arnold, who posted a time of 17:19.50 to win the title.
