SALT LAKE CITY-Luis Liberato homered in the top of the 9th Inning and the El Paso Chihuahuas outlasted the Salt Lake Bees 5-4 Saturday at Smith’s Ballpark in Pacific Coast League play.

Liberato added an RBI single for the Chihuahuas who improved to 30-23 and won their fourth game of this series.

Reiss Knehr posted two strikeouts in two innings for El Paso to earn the win on the mound as he improved to 3-3 on the season.

David MacKinnon and Chad Wallach homered in the loss for the Bees, as they fell to 28-25.

The Bees and Chihuahuas conclude the series Sunday at 1:05 pm at Smith’s Ballpark.
