DALLAS-Wednesday, BYU junior tailback Aidan Robbins was named to the Doak Walker Award Preseason Watch List.
This award is annually presented to the top tailback in FBS college football.
Robbins, a former tailback at Louisville and UNLV, is the only representative of the Beehive State on this list.
The 6’3″ 230-pound Robbins ran for 1,009 yards and 9 scores and added a receiving touchdown last season for the Rebels.
Robbins and his BYU teammates begin the season September 2 by hosting FBS newcomer Sam Houston at LaVell Edwards Stadium.
