PROVO, Utah-Thursday, BYU football head coach Kalani Sitake announced the hiring of TJ Woods as offensive line coach and run game coordinator.
Woods has previously served as the offensive line coach at Georgia Southern this past season.
Woods has also served as the offensive line coach at Wisconsin, Oregon State, Utah State, Western Kentucky and UNLV.
While with the Eagles in his most recent stint, Woods coached two All-Sun Belt Conference selections: Khalil Crowder (1st team all-conference) and Rasheed Miller (2nd team all-conference).
Their teammate, freshman center Chandler Strong, was also named as a freshman All-American by The Athletic.
Woods previously starred at then-NAIA (now NCAA Division II) Azusa Pacific, Iowa State and NJCAA power Citrus (Calif.).
