(Salt Lake City, UT) — The Bees gave up five runs in the seventh inning as they fell to the New Orleans Baby Cakes 5-2 at Smith’s Ballpark.

Reliever Jason Alexander was responsible for all five runs and took the loss for Salt Lake. Nick Franklin and Jo Adell drove in runs in defeat.

The Bees are off tonight before visiting Omaha on Wednesday.
