(West Valley City, UT) — UPS workers in Utah say they’re ready to strike if the company doesn’t listen to them. Dozens of workers staged a picketing practice yesterday in West Valley City. They’re asking for changes in wages, benefits, and opportunities. They’re particularly focused on better pay for part-time workers. UPS and the Teamsters Union are scheduled to resume negotiations next Tuesday. The Teamsters’ contract with the shipping giant expires July 31st.
