(Holladay, UT) — Utah Representative Carol Spackman Moss announces she will retire at the end of 2026. Moss is the longest-serving female legislator in Utah history. The Democrat was elected in 2000, and she has represented House District 34, covering most of Holladay and parts of Millcreek and Murray, throughout her career.
