(Salt Lake City, UT) — YouTube star Ruby Franke’s child-abuse trial may result in new state legislation. Republican Senator David Hinkins is working on drafting a bill that would set qualifications and regulations on the life coaching industry. Meanwhile, state officials told they’re still welcoming complaints about Franke’s business partner Jodi Hildebrandt and her life-coaching business. As it stands now there is nothing stopping Franke and Hildebrandt from becoming a life coach again. Hinkins said he’s still gathering ideas for the bill to give to their drafting attorneys, but he’s confident the bill will be introduced in the next legislative session.
