(Washington, DC) — The U.S. Supreme Court won’t hear a lawsuit filed by three Utah brothers over the 2020 presidential election. The long-shot lawsuit claimed almost 400 lawmakers violated their oaths of office when they didn’t investigate voter fraud claims and voted to certify President Biden’s victory. The plaintiffs asked the court to remove Biden, Vice President Harris and those members of congress from office and ban them from running for any other public offices. It also requested that former President Trump be reinstated as president. One of the plaintiffs said they will petition the court to reconsider.
