(Salt Lake City, UT) — A state senator is trying to figure out when is the best time to celebrate Halloween. Senator Kirk Cullimore told FOX 13 he’s opening a resolution to end the debate on what night is best to trick-or-treat. Cullimore said his resolution would recommend Halloween is celebrated on the last Friday of October.
