Sevier County homes see highest price increase in Utah

Homes in Sevier County saw the biggest price jump percentage wise in Utah over the past year. Prices jumped 48.6% from 2020 to 2021. The median rose from $185,000 to $275,000.

Sanpete county saw the third highest increase. A 30.9% increase has boosted the median price from $217,000 to $284,000.

The University of Utah’s Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute provided the information. Reasoning for rising prices included widespread growth across the state, as well as supply chains being disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
