(Cedar City, UT) — Several people are injured after a head-on crash on Interstate 15 in Southern Utah. It happened in the northbound lanes of I-15 just south of Cedar City on Monday morning. The Utah Highway Patrol tells the Cedar City News that a GMC Yukon was going south on I-15 when the driver suffered a medical incident. Her SUV crossed over the center line and hit a Ford Transit van head-on. Several people suffered injuries that ranged from minor to serious, but all are expected to recover.
